Hi,

Have been working on this character on and off for a few months now. fiinally took some time to finish him. Basemesh is a normal human which I had to distorte quite a lot. Since the topology wasn't really good I had to subdived him to 30m polys to get enough res for the highest level of details. High detail modelling was done in mudbox. Textures painted in photoshop and mudbox. Rendered with Vray and comped in nuke. Hair is mayahair rendered with Vray. Tried to create a lighting that showed off his muscles as much as possible (top lighting) and use speculars to bring out more details.
The design is based on a sketch I found on google. Haven't been able find it again, so if anyone can link to it please do. It was a design of the hulk that was really inspirational for me.
